Asking a question is always free. You do not need to have every answer before you reach out.
Seasons of Grace is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or contact local emergency services. For mental health crisis support in the U.S., call or text 988.
Current availability and referrals
- Available now — direct support: free first conversations, care navigation, and family and caregiver guidance.
- Referral and navigation support: when a need falls outside what we provide, we help connect families to appropriate community resources and providers.
- Advocacy and community-building: partnership development with Memphis congregations, neighbors, and providers to close gaps in IDD and aging care.
- In development: residential and supportive living, life-skills and workforce programming, and a new medical-care complex. These are not yet open; availability depends on licensing and funding.
What to expect when you contact us
- Response time: a team member aims to reply within 48 hours.
- Confidentiality: we keep your information private and use it only to respond. We may be legally required to report suspected abuse, neglect, or risk of harm.
- Please don't send medical records through this website; we'll arrange a secure way to discuss sensitive details.
- Next steps: a short conversation about your situation, then a plan — whether that's one of our programs or a referral elsewhere.
