How we use donor information
We use your name and contact details to process and acknowledge your gift and to share occasional mission updates you can opt out of.
We never sell donor information
We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information. We share it only as needed to process your gift through Live Give Mid-South or when legally required.
Gift acknowledgements
Donors receive a confirmation from the giving platform. If you need an additional acknowledgement letter, email financial@yourseasonsofgrace.com.
Refunds and issues
If a gift was made in error or you have a concern, contact financial@yourseasonsofgrace.com or (901) 213-8299 and we will work with you promptly.
Recurring gifts
If you set up a recurring gift, you can cancel it through the giving platform or by contacting us, and we will help stop future payments.
Tax information
Verified tax-status details will be posted on our Financial Transparency page. Please consult a tax advisor about deductibility.
